I call for a referendum to change to the Austrailan
 
Constitution to enshine Human Rights in our laws and society.
 

 
This should be supported by complementary legislation to clarify, extend
 
and enable Human Rights for all people both within and outside Australia.
 
This legislation should include provision for education on our Human Rights
 
in the education systems of each state and territory.
 

 
While legislation for Human Rights is a positive step it is not sufficient
 
to provide long term protection. For this we need a constitutional change.
