To Whom it may concern


 My view on human rights in Australia relates to young
 
people and children. not enough is done to support young people struggling
 
in their family circumstances. Violence and drug use in the family home
 
affects the child's life dramaticly. In is a basic human right to have
 
shelter and shelter needs to be safe. It is very hard to gain independence
 
for centrelink purposes to move out of the family home, leaving youths
 
desperate, ruthless and with nothing to loose. By having a Human rights
 
Act is the first step to tackle a rising issue in the community.
