There is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that does a
 
good job.
 

 
We don't need more laws when some instance pops and upsets a group of
 
people. That becomes a knee jerk reaction.
 

 
What we do need is to apply the laws we do have and get rid of the laws
 
that are no longer current. The justice system and our rights are becoming
 
complex and hard to follow. This only draws out litigation and neiter side
 
wins only the legal teams trying to help win.
